Laurène Aigrain

Laurène Aigrain is Managing Director and Fund Manager of AfricaGoGreen Fund, a climate finance fund investing in energy efficiency and renewable energy across Africa. She leads the fund’s investment strategy, origination, structuring and portfolio management, as well as its engagement with development finance institutions, impact investors and institutional capital providers. Laurène has >15 years of international experience across energy, infrastructure, investment and sustainable finance. An engineer and MBA graduate of EPFL and Columbia Business School, she combines technical expertise with financial and commercial experience to help mobilise capital for the energy transition in emerging markets.
