Felix is a carbon markets specialist with extensive experience advising governments on carbon market development, regulation, and policy. Focused on the implementation of Article 6, Felix currently serves as the senior advisor within  Zimbabwean Ministry of Environment, Climate and Wildlife and the Zimbabwe Carbon Markets Authority (ZiCMA).
